The thing is that they don't need to be stronger to win, they just have to find a way to restrict/control the juubi. I'm pretty sure that they can do that, if madara was able to do it with hashirama's DNA then hashirama himself should be able to.

I would like to see Naruto and the previous 4 Hokage's launch a group assault on Madara, Obito, and the Juubi. Tobirama and Minato are experts at spice time jutsu. They might use a technique to instantly transport them to the battlefield.

As much I want that to happen it probably won't happen because the 4 hokage would over shadow over Madara and Obito. We still have not seen the ten tail'sfinal form yet or Madar go all out, then you got Sasuke returning with a power up and Orochimaru might succeed in taking over Sasukes body.

Good guys don't get that kind of an advantage in a Shonen Manga, its extremely unlikely that they will team up with the Shinobi Alliance.
