Chapter 602 only proves that no regular man can live a long if with the Rinnegan.
Even tho Madara was alive for a long time he could not leave the Gedo so he is weak and Nagato had to use the 6 paths of pain to fight his battle because he could not use his legs.
Madara and Nagato look similar. I wonder what effects it had on the SOSP
