I think Madara is going to be sealed.........It is pretty obvious....After the war will ninja countries will still exist ? or it will become one country or world and naruto becoming it's leader.Or the ninja counties / villages fight again

Well there is always the reaper death seal. Just because he released himself from Kabuto's control does not mean he is still not an EDO, also any living thing can be sealed with the proper seal.
