Would A,Killer B and Darui be considered black since their skin color is close to mine and alot of other light skinned people I know not really important but I'm just wondering

All I wanted to know was if you could consider these characters black sorry if u self rightous don't see race or color people out there taking it as something personal.

No race, I agree.

Skin colour, I don't agree. Darui, Killer B and A are clearly black. There are white people, and there are black people in Narutoverse.

I'm pretty sure the OP is just asking about skin colour, not race. He made it confusing because he called them African Americans which I admit is ridiculous since:

1. Kishi is Japenese, so if he were to connect Narutoverse to a country it would most likely be Japenese.
2. There is no such thing as America in Narutoverse.
