DO NOT chew tobacco. That is what got so many Americans with cancer back in the early days of tobacco manufacturing.
My advice is workout, even if it's 15 mins. You could also meditate. I love doing both of these things and they help so much with stress. One more thing: become an ambitious person. write down your goals for the year, make quit smoking one of them, and make a vision board for the year. Plan these things, make them happen. Be determined. Find a purpose.
