(Advice needed) Stank breath

Okay, so I consider myself a polite and kind person when someone doesn't piss me off, but recently something has been irking me. There's these dudes in some of my classes, their breath STANKZ, when I mean stank, I mean like pure booty + month old grape juice + dry fish + moldy banana and strawberry yogurt. But y'know, being the nice person I am, I try to tell them on the d-low, and i'm like, "Dude, your breath isn't the freshest, so I would start brushing better, in a circular motion with some Dentist approved tooth paste," then they're like, "Oh, thanks for looking out dude!" BUT THE NEXT DAY, THEIR BREATH STILL STANK. Like what do I do? It's not a simple, "avoid them" I can't, they're in like, ALL my classes, I don't understand. Why can't they take advice?

My first question is are they big enough that if you fought would they win? If so then stay a breaths distance away. If not just be like "look here your mouth smells like someone just dropped the foulest deuce in your mouth you need to brush your teeth followed my drinking an entire thing of mouthwash and if that don't work go see a doctor because your breath is on some next level ish!"
