I will be using my Nagato Uzumaki bio in Sig'. Or, we can use SY's R&R and use both our respective bio's for the fight if you wish?

I ask that Its someone I haven't had fought in battle before and understands the RP well, with the basics mastered.

The sun rising, and breeze picking up dust as it makes it's way across the land. Nagato seemingly dazing off while walking in a liner path. "Almost their" He thinks to himself as he suddenly spots a silhouette in the distance. As he approaches he raises his guard while the young girl comes into his focus. Nagato wipes his crimson hair from his face reviling his rippled patterned eyes. "Who are you?" Nagato asks as he stops about Mid-ranged away from the woman.

Description:
One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to MS). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.
Note: Constantly passively active in Nagato and Obito bios
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn

She was tailing him for days, until she noticed him stop in the middle of no where, when suddenly the sun raised from the horizon line, she was enjoying the view the when she was starled by the voice of the man.

“Who are you” the words that registered in her mind as she was in a prepared mood. Nanzai remained quiet for a few moments before she took a deep sigh and took a kunai out from her ninja pouch and flung it towards Nagato. There was nothing attached to it or even infused with chaka. The kunai flew and landed three metres in front of him. She then spoke in a low mono tone voice.

My name is not to your concern, but you can address me as Yuuki. I was assigned to keep tabs on you, Uzumaki Nagato.

She said with no real emotion on her face. This was the yandere side of her speaking. She was also assigned to assassinate him before he gets out of hand. Nanzai turned into a more serious mode, her eyes reflecting her demonic aura. Her eyes gleamed red and a sickening smile drew on her face.

She took this time to create a hand seal, and using her fire chakra into her stomach Nanazai leans her head back, and unleashes a full blow stream of intense fire, quickly covering the areas dstance between us. The fire was a chance for her. Nanazai then takes her hands and makes the following handseals Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake channeling her water chakra into the sky. This causes water to fall down swiftly as rain becomes present in the battle field. The droplets allows her to sense the target with ease as well.

Nagato standing, watching as Yuuki gives her response. "You know my name and you still face me girl?" Nagato says with a questioning tone. Suddenly he see's as Yuuki makes a handseal releasing a vast amount of fire, Using his affinity to the basic elements, nagato makes the required handseals as he focuses and releases a massive amount of water with enhanced speed. This water will form into large waves that clash with the flames forming a mist that covers the battlefield and effectively hinders the sight of the field. (Note: the water is evepurated before it can form the orb, thous the orb never forms)

Then, as the mist engulfs the battlefield Nagato notices that it has began to rain. With his Rinnegan, Nagato is able to see the chakra within the droplets. "Not bad, the flames where a diversion in order for her to create the Tiger at Will Technique. Two can play at that game." Nagato thinks to himself as he makes a handseal, activating his chakra sensing ability. In order to keep tabs on his opponent.

Nanazai at a distance, now with the rain allowing her to sense Nagato, she simply ignored his taunts. She knew what purpose she had to do with him , and this was not going to stop her. Although there us mist surrounding her, she was aware of what can happen. Making the required hand seals, she channels her water chakra again into the falling rain. This starts to turn the water into a stickt variant of itself, as the water starts to gather on a cluster around Nagato. The sticky water binds him in place, and now with the area starting to clear up from some of the mist. Nanazai bites her thumb, wiping the blood onto her summoning seal on her right elbow, and making the needed handseal.

This in turn causes her to summon a basic Dove under her. The dove was 10 metres tall, just right enough to carry her on its back. The dove then flaps its wings and flies above the ground and out of the mist. Nanazai commands the bird to fly back out of mid range and create some room between the three of them.

After hearing his abiltes from reports, I need to approach with caution

To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

After activating his chakra sensing ability, Nagato notices the change in the rains nature as more chakra is added into it's droplets. As the rain lands on Nagato he begins to be bound by it's Glue like nature. "Intresting, it seems this girl can maniplulate the individural droplets with precise chakra control." Nagato thinks to himself while finding it difficult to move. Nagato then looks up upon his opponents location as they fly up on a newly summoned creature. His vision hindered by the rain he can still clearly sense the situation. Using his Asura Path, Nagato manufests four new arms which form our of his shoulders. These arms come out aimed at Yuuki and before they get hindered by the rain glue release a total of 8 rockets, 4 from each hand and divided evenly between Yuuki and the bird summoning. These rockets lock unto their targets chakra as they travel, capable of tracking their movements.

He can also alter his ownhead to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. Then, after releasing the barroge of rockets from his arms, Nagato uses his Deva Path to grasp hold of Yuuki, ripping her from top the summon and quickly pulling to him. This will shorten the time it takes for the 4 rockets locked on her to reach her. "Lets see how she handles this." Nagato thinks to himself with interest in his opponents capabilities.

Description: The user is able to use Deva Paths gravitational abilities to pull something to them. The user will use his hands to focus the direction and the target his wishes to pull towards him. Unlike Shinra Tensei, this technique isn't an omnidirectional effect but rather a precise one. The user is able to pull anything he can perceive towards him. In certain uses, the user will be able to direct the pulled target as its being pulled into large arc-like movements, but will always end up pulling them towards him. The technique follows the same nature of Shinra Tensei but used on a focused manner and instead of pushing, pulling the enemy.

Nanazai airborne as she calmly observed with the sensing rain, though her vision of the enemy wasn’t as bad. The man she fought had just grown extra limbs. The knowledge of this was recvied due to the constant rain water dripping onto the body of Nagato. Then moments afterwards, she can feel objects moving towards her and fast while on her dove. It wasn’t long afterwards when she felt an unknown force grabbing her body, much to her dismay.

Her words could not be finished as she is sent flying off her dove, to which the dove was caught off guard. Nanazai with the fast movement of the pull and the rockets coming near to her knew she was in trouble. With her water chakra already at play, she channels it throughout her body. This in turn makes her body into water, as the rocket arms flew right past her. This however wasn’t the end of it. The missiles are able to home into her chakra signal again and, to which she caught on as they kept moving.

Her body’s strength being naturally increased as she sheathed her blade, a quick flash of light happens, and this in turns creates a dome of razor sharp chakra, cutting away from the incoming arm missiles. She then runs backward and flips into the air and gains altitude for the safe dove that flew above the clouds and waited till it was clear.

Nanazai now mid-range of Nagato was drawing her sword again, taking her needed autumn stance waits for anything to come her way for the next time.

It is a variation of the Waki-gamae in that the user holds their blade at waist level, parallel to the ground, whether in its scabbard or not, a position best suited for quick-draw strikes. The user focuses their chakra throughout their entire body in a steady stream while in this stance, increasing their speed and strength by 25%. This increase in ability comes about from the chakra augmenting the muscles naturally, instead of forcefully, essentially putting the body in a natural “peak” condition. This chakra also coats the user’s blade and allows the counter-offensive nature of Aki come through. Whether sheathed or not, the user can swing their blade and dispel an incoming attack by disrupting it, allowing the user to protect themselves and then counter-attack. The method of blocking attacks is based upon the concept of an immovable pillar.
*The First Prayer can only shield the user from attacks of an equal or lower rank.
*Blocking an attack counts against one of the three allotted moves in a turn.

Just a side note; In my last move I shot 4 missiles at you and 4 at your bird, since you only destroyed the ones locked on you, your bird gets hit and dies...

Nagato watches while bound by the glue rain, which continues to build up upon him.
