Well for starters that wasn't Naruto's strongest mode. His full speed wasn't showcased either. Not a good comparison with all the nerf being evident.

He's so strong he ran to Naruto to put his Susano'o over Kurama again like Naruto needs him to do that... The battle would've went better imo if he used Susano'o to attact Kin-moshiki instead of using Susano'o for armor over Kurama. They could've ended the battle way fast an with less effort.. Plot stopped them from doing alot of things because Boruto needed to be relevant in his own movie..

In short Sasuke is weaker as an adult because he's missing a arm.. I stress that he's handicap because he is an that takes from his physical strength no matter what many may think.. Boruto Sasuke is weaker IMO but he's gotten better with the Rinne with portal jumping an all..

Honestly, this "holding his speed back" comment is so stupid that it makes Paris Hilton's variegated pink thong collection seem like something conceived and cataloged by Einstein.

I mean, I guess, he held back the entire war arc where every enemy humiliated him bar one or two decent speed feats. Even a root shamed the guy.
