Sasuke susanoo can fly and he still has ameno we've seen him catch Naruto off gaurd with ameno and physically Naruto > Sasuke so if someone is even slower than him their blitz with no reaction, Sasuke speed is much faster than Madara's so he blitz the tree with ameno also add the fact his susanoo can fly Madara can't do nothing to stop him from destroying it.
