It is really hard to judge .both have Rinnegan and PS being their main power .if they use PS of the same size ,their PS would be physically equal .Madara's PS is definitely much bigger than teen Rinnegan Sasuke's biju sized PS.if adult Sasuke can't manifest PS of Madara's PS size then he would lose .

We never saw alive Rinnegan Madara's PS .but with common sense ,there is no reason why His PS would be inferior to Sasuke's if they using PS of the same size .Sasuke have nothing that Madara doesn't have as well .If Rinnegan Madara can use bigger PS than Rinnegan Sasuke's then he wins .

Your not making any sense. Size doesn't matter in the first place if it doesn't apply with EMS Madara.

Yeah bigger Susano isn't always stronger .size of the jutsu is one of factors but not the only one .size is the deciding factor if you compare EMS Madara to EMS Sasuke .as it would be if you compare Rinnegan Madara to Rinnegan Sasuke .size is the deciding factor if you compare Base Minato's Rasengan to Base Naruto's or SM Minato's Rasengan to SM Naruto's Rasengan but it wouldn't be the only factor if you compare Base Minato's Rasengan to SM Naruto's Rasengan .

Legit has no correlation. Chakra potency decides the strength of a Susano'O and nothing suggest that Madara's was on par with Sasuke's or even close.
