Except Naruto recently became Hokage in 700 so still had about 12 years to train. He can train with 365 shadow clones a day for a year worth of training. Plus the fact that Naruto literally got 2 power ups after his fight with Sasuke doesn't help Sasuke's case; Yang Kurama (has full Kurama now) and Hashirama cells via arm (increase stamina, boost jutsu power, and can give access to wood jutsus). Sasuke got Hashirama cells before fighting Naruto when Kabuto healed him.

In the last (2 years after war arc), Naruto's base was Kage level or above it; he easily took on puppets that Hinata's dad and his 2 guards couldn't beat and Hinata's dad is Jounin. Naruto didn't rely on his clones against the puppets which show his increased taijutsu skills. His chakra control is much better as well as he was using FRS with 1 hand when he use to need 2 clones in base and SM. He beat Toneri only in KSM which would be close to war arc RSM.

War arc RSM used Yin Kurama, Naruto's KSM uses full Kurama whose chakra is more powerful than yin or yang Kurama; then you add natural energy which further boost Kurama's already powerful chakra. So I put the Last Naruto's KSM between war arc Naruto's BSM and RSM. Plus he probably learned how to negate ninjutsus using his orbs.
