There isn't much difference between these 2 in terms of stats.
Sasuke's best feat in combat is fighting with Kinshiki & clashing evenly with Momoshiki, but that doesn't imply that his stats are above Madara's since Chojuro could dodge & parry Kinshiki briefly before being overpowered.
Momoshiki couldn't outspeed Darui and was shown clashing evenly with him as well.

When it comes to their Dojutsu, Adult Sasuke gets the benefit of the doubt through portrayal since Sasuke surpassing Madara was alluded to in the War arc.
