sasuke would still win because he got his power directly from hagoromo himself. madara's six paths chakra from aquiring his rinnegan was from a deluded decendent of asura, who in the first place was nothing compared to his father who, again, gave sasuke his chakra which he aquired from kaguya at birth. no matter how low of kaguya's chakra sasuke has, it far outclasses that of hashirama's.
