That's incorrect. Mei only has 2 kekkei gankai.

- Mei has Yoton. Her Earth and Fire = Lava.

- Mei has Futton. Her Fire and Water = Vapor / Solid Fog.

There are 2 major flaws with the OP.

1 - Sasuke's rinnegan is a normal rinnegan. The manga nor databook has never referred to it as a tomoe rinnegan

2 - The rinnegan doesn't give you the ability to use any jutsu. IE: Senjutsu, TSB, KKG. OP, you posted scene where characters stated the rinnegan allows the user to use any jutsu. But you must understand that was based off hearsay. They never met Sage of the six path and they didn't know Sage had the rinnegan and six path senjutsu. It's with both those powers combine that allowed Sage to use any jutsu.

Rinnegan power mostly focus on jutsu and some ability, while six path senjutsu mostly focus on ability and some jutsu. The a jutsu is nothing but an ability used in a specific way.

Yes it does so stop contradicting the manga with your personal opinion/analysis.

IE: Senjutsu, TSB, KKG.

Senjutsu - is adding Natural energy to your attacks or body. Sasuke and Madara both used it without having Rinnegan.

Jiraya also said Nagato mastered all elements and all the jutsu's he thought him by the age of 10.

Saying that it's hearsay is chilish, alot of Naruto series was hearsay before confirmation.

Naruto himself heard about Hagoromo through hearsay before meeting him.

The sage strong senjutsu body allowed him to give life to things.

Kwes of ST3: Sasuke should have the capability to use virtually any ninjutsu he can learn or copy. He has Hashirama's cells via the prosthetic arm Tsunade made for him so he could possibly be able to use wood style. The only thing I can't see Sasuke having is senjutsu which sucks because if he still had the curse mark he'd be Basuke for sure lol. Also having his life saved by Karin and Jugo (vamping out on Karin and Jugo gave him flesh) during the fight with Bee could've given him some capacity to master senjutsu.

3: Naruto and Sasuke defeated Jubito.

4: Sasuke rekt Naruto leaving him to die without Sakura healing.
