Databoook clearly explains how Kamui Raikiri works. Everything except Kakashi hand (hand that is performing Raikiri ) becomes intangible.Raikiri pierces opponent and sends pierced part into Kamui dimesnion, while Kakashi intangible body passes through opponent body.

Why are you surprised it was already shown that Obito can make intangible any part of his body he needs while leaving rest of his body solid. So why cant Kakashi make every part of his body intangible except his hand which performs Raikiri.YOu dont need databook to realise this is possible you only need logical thinking.

kakashi's power isn't necassarily 5 minutes long, it lasts as long as Obito's ghost stays inside him. Obito said it was temporary because he wasn't planning to hang around in Kakashi forever.

In order to beat DMS Kakashi you should have strong enough defense and the required abilities to survive and handle Kakashi's offensive arsenal all time, which he can use while being Intangible by the way, and the enough chakra and stamina to outlast Kakashi's chakra or having a method to force Kakashi to use intangibility for 5 minutes continuously and only ones who i can see match these conditions are Jin Madara, Kaguya, Jin Obito since he still has access to Kamui dimension and probably Naruto .
