Sasuke Shunshined, Naruto didn't. Before that they were running side by side, and that in itself is just because they were tag teaming an opponent.

Show me a single proper feat aside from teleportation that beats Naruto's bltz on Kaguya's arm and I'll give you that win.

To be fair, Kaguya's attention was on destroying Sasuke's PS as he was being a decoy, so it wasn't really a blitz. A blitz is when the opponent is on guard/focused on you and still gets ripped up before they can react. Like what Madara was doing to the Alliance...

That makes sense. Both third and fourth after all did have the ability to tank powerful stuff even without their armors. Their bodies are probably a prerequisite to its use.

Meaning only buff Sasuke could use Lightning Armor.

Well, that's a hard argument since both her and Black Zetsu were standing completely still in the previous page. Who her attention was here is completely debatable. Doesn't help that she is facing a really ambiguous direction there....I'm betting on Naruto however because she did show a response to what he said, even if it was a "....", which I don't think would have happened if she were focussing on Sasuke.

I don't know if his body could handle raiton armor like A.. Being a raiton master doesn't mean that you can manipulate raiton like others can.. Darui,Hatake & many others are masters of raiton but couldn't manipulated it like Kumo kage..

Besides!... Sasuke is fast enough as he is & he can teleport so the armor wouldn't help him much...

At this point nearly everyone is aware of just how fast Sasuke is. We know that he is at least as fast as RSM + 100% BM Naruto.

What I want to put forward here is a way for Sasuke to get even faster. Sasuke should utilize Raiton Armor to push his speed to new heights.

With this, he would reach a speed no one could dream of...

Sasuke can't even use raiton armor, at least he never has. And even if he could, the effects it would have on his body are unknown. It could give him a huge speed boost, or it might just give him a tiny increase.
