This was done right after we saw naruto use the rasen shuriken for the first time against kakuzu i thought it was so badass that i had to draw up a picture right then and there. couple things i wanna point out. if you look on his knees hes got a couple of anbu masks. on his back there is the hat of the hokage. hes got a kind of coat tail/cape thing from the waist that is based off of yondaime's cloak (4th hokage) and i gave him not one but 2 rasen shurikens.

Aaaand here is my sad attempt at coloring my picture, i was suffering with a laptop mouse and gimp through this whole process. i am very poor at coloring and if anyone wants to try to do a better job i would welcome it.

You seem to have quite a bit of talent as an artist. I assume, as with any other good artist, you welcome criticism. (Well, why else would you post that here?)

I'll be completely honest, the coloring isn't all that great.. though you seem to realize that yourself. The drawing itself, however, is pretty cool. In fact, it's really cool. My only complaint is that the shape of the Rasenshuriken looks a little off. The blades should be a bit more.. curvy, you know? Blade-like.

Don't let my complaints get you down, though. I'm not very optimistic about things. I have a sharp eye when it comes to noticing little flaws, but the good side is usually out of my sight.

i do know what you mean, i am juuuust learning how to really color my work and some of the new stuff you see me post will show some improvement. this is probably my very worst full color picture ever as it was actually believe it or not my first attempt lol. at the time i drew this i had only watched the anime and had not even seen a single page of the manga. i had virtually no reference for this, it was drawn on the spot

I kinda like all but it's face and maybe the rasenshuriken. Thinking further on the face, he looks like a guy from the "last airbender", Sokka perhaps?
