Now Naruto has Rikudo senjutsu as buff but same goes for Madara so result will be same. This is not killing method but it would surely work.

Juubidama is fired from tree which is huge advantage since Madara have ability to move freely.So he summons tree and keep Naruto occupied with his PS (or wood dragon).

Chibaku tensei would also work as great distraction .

Amount of chakra that Madara has is way more that Naruto has so if Naruto makes clones Madara does same and because of superior chakra reserves Madara clones would have more chakra and they would be potentially stronger.Not to mention Madara can recognise original one.

Madara wins mid diff.
