As we all know, in The Last, Hinata fights the Tenseigan puppets, multiple at a time without using her Byakugan for precognition.

Now, the thing is, she fights two types, the White Puppets, and the single Black Puppet, which acts as their leader. As such, it's clear these two puppets are different models, much like the Maiden or Bird Puppets.
The thing is, the White Puppets, while still strong and fast, given they are powered by Six Paths Senjutsu, are weaker than the Black Leader Puppet. This is shown simply due to the fact that Naruto manages to take out hordes of these White Puppets with ease, while the Black Leader Puppet actually puts up a fight on numerous occasions.
As you can see, at 16:48, 17:18, and 1:06:48, these Black Leader Puppets manage to put up a decent showing against Naruto, managing to avoid his taijutsu attacks, block them, and react to him.
And here is an inferior version of Base Naruto VS Sharingan Sasuke in taijutsu/reflexes, not Base Sasuke mind you.

In short, Hinata's taijutsu/reflexes are in the same ball park as Base Naruto/Sharingan Sasuke:
Base Hinata manages to land hit on Black Puppet while also fending off other White Puppets.
Black Puppet has decent feats against Base Naruto.
Base Naruto manages to outperform Sharingan Sasuke in reflexes/taijutsu. Even his CLONE manages to grab his arm mid-attack and stop his Chidori. And keep in mind Naruto here is more exhausted than Sasuke.
It shouldn't be too surprising that a Hyuga with Six Paths Chakra would be equal in base to an Uzumaki and Uchiha with Six Paths Chakra

Your madara example sucks, as people usually specify, and try to make an equal match up. Putting a prime Hinata with rikudo chakra against a sharinganless old kakashi kinda reeks of desperation.

It's funny cause I think it's mentioned that Sasuke's rinnegan was getting weaker by the time they fought Momosuke, but somehow the unproven hamura chakra remains strong in time. Can't stain that purple chakra tho.
At least properly interpret whatever scan you post. the clone didn't intercept shit as you can blatantly see sasuke blitz it with no reaction in the uppermost panel. it only grabbed sasukes hand AFTER it had been hit and this is base naruto matching sharingan sasuke with clones, without clones, he is only as good as sasuke without sharingan
