Basically this would be them in thier baruto and the last movie forms
so basically war arc versions with some add ons (i got these from narutopedia i know is not exactly accurate but it does give descriptions on how their abilities changed over time) ie or feats
For example Gaara it is: "By adulthood, Gaara has become a taijutsu master whose skills were praised by Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki as being on par with other great taijutsu users."
"Two years after the war, Gaara's power increased immensely, being able to easily defend his entire village with multiple sand shields from the massive meteorites that had broken off from the falling Moon."
As an adult, Gaara's sand proved powerful enough to block the entirety of Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki's elemental barrage while protecting the other Kage."
He is also capable of mixing his wind chakra with his sand techniques to increase their defence, power and speed. Gaara also inherited his father's Magnet Release, a simultaneous usage of wind and earth-natured chakra. He is able to manipulate a "sparkling metallic sand", by converting his chakra and sand into a magnetic force of high density. By adding this metallic sand to his automatic defence, it is enhanced to the point of being able to guard against jutsu designed to be effective against his regular sand.
for example lee it is: "Two years after the war lee's strength had increased immensely, as he (in cooperation with other shinobi could cut a massive metor with single punch after activating the sixth gate"
now lee has not shown to be able to go past six gate
for scenario 1: its as stated with the feats they have achieved in movies etc.
scenario 2: lee has access to 7th gate and doesnt need other shinobi to help him destory metor like attacks etc
scenario 3: lee has 8 gates and gaara is a perfect jin
