Actually, you bring up a good point. I've thought about this.
Why do we not appreciate the fact that we can run and jump and have brains? Are those not considered "super powers" already? How would changing certain things like being able to manifest chakra and actually battle change the structure of the world?
We technically are already blessed with technology and free will.
