Konoha didn't state his opinion on Obito being weak, he flamed the OP there's a difference, you're clearly too dumb to notice. Kamui is the only reason why he is in the top 10. But that's like saying any Uchiha without their eye power suddenly becomes fodder.

Actually, Madara and Itachi are the only Uchiha that have displayed significant Taijutsu feats without using their sharingan....But my point still stands. Uchiha rely almost solely on their Sharingan, Obito is no exception.

Actually, Sasuke and Madara are still pretty strong even without their haxed abilities though kakashi is one of the only shinobi that are close to kage tier based on normal abilities alone.
