A top tier cant blitz a fellow top tier.They have similiar reaction speed.

Kizaru never showed anything that put him above Admiral level.

BB (current) is at least Yonko level fighter, which is above Admirals.

1. He may sense him, but I doubt he had the reflexes to charge an attack at the speed of light. Kizaru can just charge up and dodge until he's ready to end it. I don't believe Blackbeard had the means to strike Kizaru while he's on the move.

also that's pretty baseless given that each top tier has their own specialty. Not everybody is a speed demon like Kizaru and others.

2. Not my problem if others choose a winner by hype though.

Three things wrong with this.

1.) Kizaru is not that much stronger than Marco. Damn he very well could be equal to him

2.) It was said Mraco with the rest off the WB pirates could take down BBm so it would be Marco, Jozu, Vista and co.

3.) That was pre TS Teach, Post TS Teach should be much stronger.
