[Question] Admin and Mod getting paid

I wonder if it's fun and a a great honour.

Fun in my eyes,I'm a mod on a site and it's quite cool to feel upper than normal people. (bow to me mortals Lol)
What I meant by honour is that even newbies know who are the mods,I'm pretty sure 90% of the base doesn't know me,but if I were a mod...
