This technique is used in a similar way to the Body Flicker Technique. When using this technique, the body appears like it's being engulfed by flames, disappearing from view slowly, masking the users own high speed movement. In essence, the technique is simply an elemental variation of Body Flicker technique and thereby follows the same restrictions and possible uses.

when it comes to using this technique, can you use it to attack and retreat or just to retreat?
