Adds are taking over my system

please help adds are taking over my system. i cant browse effectively without having to cancel an add interface popping all over the screen

As someone with like no computer skills Bleeping Computer is your best friend,
along with system restore, just in case something goes wrong, or BC can't get the
job done.

These 3 usually do it for me.

I usually use Jrt, then Rkill, and finally Adwc. Works well enough for most things..
