Also yes he seems OP but he isn't. All snake jutsus meaning like shedding and my tremor jutsu I got from Scarface back in the day.
Also the last jutsu that's basically what it is. I think I told you I was going was to make this. Really didn't want to reduce sage mode nor three times per battle but it's what got it approved.
