I believe that Rikudo Sennin is an Uzamaki, there is just too many things linking him to the Uzamaki Clan.
Naruto Uzamaki has the same cloak as Rikudo Sennin. No other Jinchuriki has that cloak and it seems like no one could go into that mode, theory. I would think that Naruto will be able to have the same cloak even when he gets the other half of Kurama's Yin Chakra.
The Uzamaki Clan is the only clan that can provide a host for Kurama which is not only the strongest but the closest link to the Juubi in memory and power.
The Uzamaki has proved that they were the ones who created the Seal that Kurama recognized as the same one Rikudo Sennin executed on the Juubi. That is not a coincidence when it comes to the Bijuu because they are the only ones with proven memory about Rikudo Sennin.
