Adding Shine to my Current Avy.

I am not sure how to do it, so can someone add a shine effect or whatever it's called to my current avy. This is what I mean. (Using Nirvana's for the example):

Actually it says it could not parse the file, i cant open the image because its a gif for some reasons... this may help u i think

I think you know how to add a bright light effect, maybe you should make many layers, and each layer should have a different position of bright light effects, than save it as a gif file
