in my opinion the only one shot technique there is is kakashi's kamui, everything else can be tanked or mitigated. kamui only has kamui as a counter. it's too fast to avoid, obito didn't even see kakashi warping naruto's clone. and no one can heal back from having their head warped off.

kamui also depends on chakra and the size/power of the object you are trying to move. There is probably more chakra is one of Hashi's hairs, then Kakashi has in his entire body. THere is no way he can move him.

Technically there is no 1 shot Jutsu, as it depends on the person that uses it, and the person it's used one.

1. A + B Lariat (if hits you are done) - Hidan, could survive it.
2. Hirudora (poor kisame) - Madara Survived it.
3. Shinra tensei (Konoha Destroyed) Naruto was able to resist it with Clones, everyone more of less survived.
4. Bijuu dama (no need to explain) Madara survived.
5. Tsukayomi (might not work on Perfect Jin but other than that its one shot) Sasuke survived it.
6. RDS (sealed) If they manage to get their entire soul then yes...
7. Hidan technique (die mothafka) - LOL
8. dust release - Isn't a 1 shot, Tobi could escape.
9. Izanami - Isn't a one hit, as people can escape it.
10. Sexy-no jutsu - This is the most deadly for sure!
