One of the Three great Dojutsu of the Ninja world. The literal meaning of Sharingan is "Copy wheel eye". The sharingan is the Kekkei Genkai of the Infamous Uchiha Clan. the sharingan gives its weilder great visual prowess.It even has the ability to cast genjutsu upon the opponent just by looking at their eyes.
There are many stages in a Sharingan.
1 tomo sharingan -> 2 tomo sharingan -> 3 tomo sharingan -> Mangekyo sharingan -> Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
The sharingan alows the user to easily track the opponents movement and also even give the ability to copy the element jutsu used by them, by copying their hand seals.

You always did talk tough Kakashi, but your borrowed eye lacks the power to defeat me, having a Sharingan does not make you elite. The same as you swinging that sword so loudly behind me doesn't make you a master assassin.
Minato says this calmly as he hears the whooshing of air behind him, as it happens in Kakashi's eyes he would simply vanish in to thin air. Causing the first slash to hit nothing but air. In reality he had ducked and used his mastery of the body flicker to move backwards directly behind Kakashi slamming a brutal palm thrust in to his spine and leaving the seal of the flying thunder god on his back.

This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.
Note: This version can only be used by Minato and Tobirama bios once every 2 turns, a maximum of 3 times

Minato watches as his student dashes towards him, forming a Chidori in his hand. He had warned him about this technique already, without the power of the Sharingan the tunnel vision effect from the Chidori made the technique almost useless if countered. Guess he had to learn the hard way.
Minato thought to himself, as he slapped the seal of the flying thunder god on his own body.

Then Minato focuses intently on his charging student, and as the student is moving towards arms reach his course set on. Minato suddenly uses the FTG seal on himself and his opponent to completely switch places with him, spinning on the spot and delivering a brutal kick using wind enhanced taijutsu cutting through the mans shroud of lightning and deep in to his back sending him sprawling along the floor.

Kakashi raises up from the ground, his hands were holding his body. They were trembling because of the pain from the brutal kick he just recieved.
"Why? Why can't I even launch a single blow at him..."
