I was wondering that how can i obtain the map that shows were the animus data fragments are?I mean,i had one at first but i cant remember how i obtained it,now i have caught near 38 of them but i dont know how to find the other ones.Is there a way you can update your map so that it shows you the location or do i have to find them only by a stroke of luck now?
And if there is a way,what is it?

And i also have another question.I wanted to know that when you go through all the stages in Desmond's journey,what will happen?(Please answer this question only if you have done it)

to answer your second question: nothing. it just tells you desmond's story from his childhood to the day he was captured by abstergo.

You have to get fifty data fragments. After you get fifty, the other fifty will appear on your map. So yeah, in your case you need to get twelve more by a stroke of luck.

As for your third question, since the second was answered, I wouldn't know. To be completely honest, I stopped searching or even running after every single one that I saw from a distance after a while. Didn't find Desmond's storyline as interesting as finishing Ezio's or... ya know... running around and killing dudes. That'll come later lol.

if you look around with your eagle vision and there's a nearby fragment it will appear on your map when you cancel eagle vision

After you got about 30, you get a map to all memoires, which will make you able to buy a map which will lead you to a tomb where you can get ezio's ultimate armour, that's all the fragments are good for, unless you like Desmond's weird missions and care for 100%

Otherwise do what hmisi said, climb on high locations, look around you carefully with eagle eye active and one may just show up.

Those are the memoir pages. Not the same thing. He's talking about the data fragments. The memoir pages are something completely different. While it's true that you can buy a map of the memoir pages after getting 30 fragments, they're two completely different things.

@ aradmehr: No, you don't get to play outside of the Animus like in Brotherhood if that's what you mean. The data fragments just show you Desmond's story, but I do believe that there's some purely aesthetic bonus once you get them. I THINK it's an in-game Desmond skin where you can use him inside of the Animus. The fragments actually aren't necessary to finishing the game.

It allowed me to be in Desmond's skin once i had 35.
