Team Fairy Tail will be saved by Acnologia Vs Arbaless Kingdom, I believe Acnologia has a Grudge against Igneel for the hand Igneel chooped off, and Natsu has the same Magical power as Igneel, so I believe Acnologia will sense Natsu Magic power fighting against Arbeless all out, this will prompt him to think Igneel Survived their last encounter.
This may be an inflitration mission but fight will break out somehow, and Natsu Magical power will lead Acnologia to Arbelless, and Acnologia will Destroy everythn on his path, Team Fairy tail already Knows the devastation of Acnologia so they will find a chance to slip away from Arbelless, Natsu will try to fight Acnologia out of Vengeance but Lucy and happy will somehow convince him to escape and live to fight Acnologia in other circumstances as they are at enemy territory.
The rumours about Acnologia being able to devastate the whole Country will no longer be rumours as we as the readers will experience it first hand.
It would not make sense if Arbelless kingdom continue their superiority after this Arc, that Kingdom was just introduced to be destroyed by Acnologia. The only thing so far to help Fairy tail survive this is either Natsu is as strong as Acnologia or Acnologia shows up.
