So what I am not understanding is how poeople say Konan > Tsunade. Dont get me wrong Konan is badass and is definitely in the top 10 of the female ninja, but Tsunade beats her, she can tank her attacks.

Tsunade can not only tank her attacks and outlast Konan in a battle, she can also summon Katsuyu and burn Konan into nothingness. Not to mention use her strength to deflect the paperbombs with the ground.

I think Konan beats Tsunade. Konan can turn to paper, making physical attacks on her pretty useless as she can also divide herself into pieces. If she consistently use paper bombs, Konan can wear Tsunade down to the point where she can finish her off by turning into to sharp pieces of paper and cut her up while rendering all of Tsunade's attacks useless.

You do know that Konan has more attacks than just paper bombs right? You're using Tsunade's feats and showing nothing of Konan. Tsunade probably could outlast Konan as far as stamina and chakara, but Konan is no pushover. Her speed would probably outdo Tsunade anyday. What can Tsunade do against an opponent she can't eve hit?

Worst comes to worst, Tsunade gets inside Katsuyu and then she amplifies Katsuyus acid attacks and eventually hit Konan. But they basically cancel each other's attacks out, so in the worst case Tsunades wins because she is the last one standing.
