I looked at the manga to check any talk on obtaining two Devil's Fruits ASIDE from Teach if it's possible for anyone to have two. The Jyabura's scene in the anime stepping away from the DFs in fear before Kaku and Kalifa ate them isn't in the manga. Strange. I was looking for the talk of having 2 DFs in the manga, but seems it never happened. Probably Oda gave few notes as an add-on to the anime episode? So Would a person die if he ate two DFs? I'm gonna dare and say "No, he won't." Until my answer gets backfired.

I've already addressed that. The scientists either didn't know as much as they thought they did since they didn't know the YYnM could acquire a second fruit until Teach showed them or they purposefully put out misinformation to dissuade someone (a D family member for instance) from trying to gain multiple DF powers.

I hope Oda pulls a twist that the information is false in order to keep the truth far from being told. For Teach being an exception case, I hope it's possible to consume more than one DF. However, I can't imagine Teach to be able to have more than two DFs abilities.

About Teach it's largely assumed he'll gain the strongest Zoan fruit as well since he has the strongest Paramecia and Logia and his Jolly Roger has 3 faces on it.

So you think Marco's DF powers is the ability to produce inextinguishable flames? The blue flames regenerate his physical body and restore it to what it was prior to the damage. Are you dense? While in blue flame mode Marco can not sustain a fatal shot. You can kill Marco by nullifying his fruit but as long as his fruit is active he will be healed, this can be seen when he survives multiple lasers from Kizaru

All of those parts where the flame is on his body, his chest over his heart, his eye etc are his fruit repairing the damage. Those are lethal shots that had no effect. Mythical Zoan's are beyond normalcy.

There is no chance, just you and your speculation. And like Teech told Ace, he did some research and knew that ONLY the yami fruit gave him these properties. It's also the only reason why he killed joined WB ship and killed Thatch in the first place. You know, just in case you didn't read that part.

If one character shows the rule to be false that means the rule is now open for others to disprove as well. If you treat something as an unwavering fact i.e. "a person with a DF who eats a 2nd will explode" then the second that is proven false i.e. Teach the entire "rule" falls apart.

He doesn't say that it's the only fruit that would allow him to gain a 2nd DF skill and there's no proof the reference book is complete or that every DF in existence is accounted for. Marco made a suggestion that it might be his body but the context is exactly as that. You cannot have a second devil fruit without already acquiring another. He said normal people can only have one but normal people cannot have another. It's as simple as that unless you really wanna keep playing dumb.

The 2nd page shows the fires going up his cheek wound literally showing you it healing why not show the panels of Marco right after and see if his bruise was still there and the Garp page doesn't show anything against him being able to heal from damage he receives while in Phoenix mode. I believe the doctor of the straw hat crew more than you. Oda confirmed that luffy has a limit, and you here no objections from luffy when Chopper specifically said that he'll burst if he continues. Brook on the other hand said nothing.
Eating two devil fruits don't make you explode, you fracture until you become nothing then die. Luffy would not be able to handle the explosion anyways because you wouldn't know how big it would be.

Wrong. He memorized all the shapes of each devils fruit and realize the one thatch has was the fruit he was searching for. He was specifically searching for that fruit because he knows that it is the only fruit can absorb 2 devild fruit otherwise he wouldn't of killed thatch and look for another fruit that can absorb more devils fruit. I never said he can't be hit either. Look at his face against akainu. In the panel right after he still had that bruise, and after the ear he had a bandage rapped around his head. He didn't heal from garp's punches either.
