I actually didin't because I was hit by a spoiler of his death a few arcs prior to Marinford.

I did cry however when Terra was transformed into a statue & How Things changed ended
that tore my feels to shreds completely!

I got them feels when ace gave his speech to luffy before he died, that scream afterwards did it for me.

The anime scene is more emotional.
