Natsu can eat fire and send it back, pretty much useless cuz fire doesn't hurt Ace, it will be a fist to fist fight but I still don't see Natsu beating a logia unless Nakama power GG, if Ace uses Haki then it's pretty much over in matter of minutes.

he can literally eat ace and natsu also has superhuman strength as well as the power to mix other dragon slayer magic (shadow,lighting,metal,light just to name a few we have seen)

If both can actually hurt each other, Natsu wins but loses horribly to even Buggy when it comes to development.

If we apply both world's rules into this fight, Natsu should still win even though he doesn't have haki, as nakama powerups breaks all the rules....
