Read that... ^_^ 3rd post going down... shouldn't that apply here... and it's rainwater, u can control rain?
It doesn't apply here cause the rain is a source as well... it'd be like me using Bursting Water Shockwave, but only I can use it? Doesn't make sense, does it O_O
And I have complete control over water in itself, be it Water Element or Rainwater, or whatever. Rain is still just water anyway =/
