Law doesn't have slow reactions, but he didn't have fast enough reactions to grab the heart and react. Why would he be distracted? He knows he's getting his heart, he doesn't need to admire it.

Anyways, no he shouldn't be able to just teleport Zoro's sword out of his hand, he would have done so with Smoker too then. Haki might be the answer to that too.

Vergo has shown much higher Haki feats than Zoro. Law cut through Vergo easily. Until Zoro shows higher Haki feats, it's stands more that Law can bypass Zoro's Haki than it stands that he can't.

Who said he couldn't? Remember, Law uses his powers on the basis of necessity. They consume his stamina, so he does things he absolutely needs to. He didn't need to take their weapons, but he needed to take their Den Den Mushi. Also, Law took back his heart while Vergo was grasping it, he could do the same to Zoro's swords, and he'd choose to do it out of necessity.
It would make sense that he should be able to do it. But IIRC Vergo wasn't grasping onto the heart rather he was just holding on to it. Different than tightly gripping the swords. There is probably a limit to the ability otherwise he'd be able to teleport humans from long distance too.

And yea Law might have better Haki than Zoro. but I dont think its about having higher haki rather it might just be having enough haki to resist teleportion.

He was grasping it. In the anime, you could see Law struggling to raise his hand and his voice was strained, showing he was in pain because Vergo squeezing it. Watch the fight, when Law takes back his heart before Vergo kicks him, Vergo's fingers draw closer to his palm, like he was about to clench his hand into a fist. This is because he was squeezing the heart and when Law suddenly transported it, the force Vergo was putting on the heart with his fingers caused his fingers to move. And nothing's stopping him from taking the swords before Zoro grasps them, not that grasping them matters.

My point isn't that Law has superior Haki, but Zoro's Haki isn't good enough. He hasn't shown Haki on par with Vergo's, and Vergo's wasn't enough. Therefore, Zoro's isn't enough.

Law has a strong df, but his pure fighting skills are leagues below these 2.In Cqc he couldn't keep up with Vergo or doflamingo. That being said... I think ace would come out on top. What kind of monster has coc at the age of 9...

He did teleport back his heart, but like I said, when he caught it, he got distracted and Vergo was able to strike him.

Besides how does any of this prove Law can't teleport away Zoro's swords? He could just do what he did to G5's Den Den Mushi. This is a feat present in both manga and anime, there's nothing you can say to dispute him. Law simply didn't want to teleport Vergo's staff because he didn't need to. He was waiting until he could get his heart back.

And as for Law having slow reaction time, he was able to counter Doffy's Overheat and counter Vergo, who is insanely fast and has shown higher speed feats than both Ace and Zoro.
so why didn't he teleported fojitora's sword ????

Couldn't keep up with Vergo? Vergo was weakening Law by squeezing his heart. Vergo fractured a bone in Sanji's leg, which means he's monster strong. You know what it must feel like to have him squeeze on your heart? Once Law got back his heart, he one-shotted Vergo in his strongest form.

Doflamingo, an experienced New World pirate, acknowledged Law's ability, and this was said after he became Doffy's enemy. You really think Doffy is the type to overrate an enemy?

And even if it was true, what exactly is the point of saying" His DF is great, but he lacks fighting skill on their level"? His DF makes up for that. There's nothing Zoro can do about that slash that cut in half an entire mountain and several smaller mountains around it.

so why didn't he teleported fojitora's sword ????

Oh my God, I already showed that it's possible he can teleport away swords, whether or not he does isn't up to ability, but if he wants to or not.

You may have a point with him being able to do it. But I think there is a drawback otherwise he would have done it in so many situations , and then if he can do it so easily then he might as well be teleporting people from long distance too.

The people you are comparing Zoro with are fodders so that is wrong. Zoro is on the same level as Smoker who didn't get his weapon taken and he's more efficient in CoA than CoO. Because it didn't happen to someone who has haki means haki is needed to withstand that ability. Obviously Law can teleport away Zoro's sword if Zoro isn't paying any attention but he's fighting a logia and is already aware of Law's abilities so he'll have his CoA activated throughout the fight.

It doesn't matter that they're fodders, holding onto something is still holding onto something. Vergo isn't fodder, and Law teleported away something he was grasping.

I already addressed the Haki thing. Vergo has shown higher Haki feats than Zoro, so Zoro suffers the same fate Vergo did.

How would that be the same? Zoro's far superior strength would allow him to be able to hold his items. Also, when did Law teleport away something Vergo was holding into? Are you referring to page? If it is, how can you tell Vergo was holding onto Law's heart at that time? Reason I'm asking this is because Vergo likes to walk around like that - his hands behind his back. You can see he has nothing on his hands from page and onward. It still doesn't make sense to me that Law was unable to take away Smoker's jutte. It has got to do something with haki and/or strength which Zoro has as well.

You referring to the fight? Because haki isn't the only factor. While Law is stronger than Vergo the latter would have performed better if he wasn't arrogant enough to think he could just tank Law's attack. I imagine the same would have happened to Zoro without knowledge but he is aware of how Law's devil fruit works.
