Kuma neg difficulty. Ace surrounding Kuma with fire is useless as Kuma can teleport and when he moves it surrounds him with the paw paw orb. He teleports behides Ace and sends him to a near by sea. Any attacks get set back. He reacted to gear luffy so Ace speed isn't a factor here.
