Kuma has Busoshoku Haki and if you want you may give Ace Haki but i doubt it matters when fighting a Paramecia

His hands won't be burnt. When he repelled Zoro's slice, he wasn't cut, showing he doesn't feel the effects of what he's repelling. The fact that he was able to repel Perona's ghost, Zoro's cut and the air itself shows he can repel non-physical and intangible entities, so Ace's fire and Logia body can be repelled. Kuma is also unscathed by the lasers he launches which can melt stone, so Ace's heat isn't affecting him much.

Kuma can blitz Ace, Ace hasn't shown any considerable speed feats while Kuma has time and time again.

Teach never fought back against Magellan, he could of easily countered his DF. So if you think Magellan is actually stronger you're crazy, Teach was able to counter WB and you think Magellan is actaully beating BB? The same Magellan who got brought to his knees by a Jet Bazzoka? Magellan at this point is a class canon Ace beats him handily.
