Time for Chidori then... are you ready?
First off, I know your control of lightning chakra is good.
But listen up... this attack is very dangerous.
First, lets focus on running.
*Straps 100 lbs of weights on you*
I want you to run this whole week in this. Then I'll evaluate how fast you are.
Hm, pretty fast with those weights on. Take em off... your speed should be twice as much with them off.
O.k. Next thing you must know about this move is that you must run in a straight line for it to work... this attack is pretty much man on man. (No homo) This also creates tunnel vision, meaning it'll be extremely difficult to avoid counter attacks.
Now, Focus all your lightning chakra in your hands. It'll take a few tries before you get the hang of it.

*I keep my flow of chakra steady within my hand while sending out chakra to gather raiton chakra in the air. I guide all the raiton chakra into the palm of my hand while maintaining my chakra at a continuous pace. I focus all the new raiton chakra into my hand and try to add power and light to the chakra within my hand.
