Description:By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

Making a spear of water rip through your body, you not knowing it's coming due to the mist.

Which destroys all the spiders coming down at us before they can detonate. This is done at the same time as the spear attack in the previous turn, but he stops it from attacking you at the last second.

When the tornado's are coming down (remember, i can tell they are because of the rain, even though there is a mist) Black body and white body combine, using

To protect them both, as they are now conjoined. (so the rock is covering white and black body when they are together)

under this defense, i we call the spear to attack you again, and it goes straight through your eagle, making it unable to fly. *Watches as you plummet to the ground*

Note:this Jutsu Does not work on A or S rank jutsu.

Making the rain go back into the clouds, so that if you sense anything that has to do with chakra with your rain, it will only be something from above.

he uses his super sense of smell and hearing run towards u and he attacks u with his bone katana with wind element in it and u never knw he is coming b/c u sent the rain up in the sky

then i use
-C-2 makes C-2 Doragon(Dragon).This dragon makes small land mines that the users partner or clone hide under ground.Then the dragon will sned flying bombs to ttack the enemy.This combos locks in the enemy were one false move could be there last.(Chakra= 20,Damage= 50)

and i jump the dragon back and fly downward towards the ground

Yeah I know. ^_^ xd I tried making the feraligtr white in PS, and thats as white as it gets... that whole custom is based off of the white alligator, which is one of my fav animals.
