first, lets see what age did sabo set sail to the sea? hella young right? his not even teen ager that time, which he can train tilll he our sabo till 17,probably go with the wars that the revolutionary do... which by that time sabo definetely made name from himself, and we know sabo wont just sit around and dont do nothing when his friends and those persons that he respects to was going in to trouble... we know ace,luffy and definetely sabo do that...

come on its a crap that 17 year old sabo was still training and not doing any battle till luffy was 17 and when comparing powers from ace and sabo, sabo probably had much more experience and much stronger than ace so thats why it bs to sag that sabo was been training till his 19 or something...

this is what i think what happened...
dragon didnt stop him, sabo wants to go! but he was in a two way situation get his fellow revolutionary die or save ace, but what kind of monster could stop sabo? duhh the cp-0 not just them bunch of cp's like 123456's i think theyre enough to stop the revolutionary going to the war of the greats...

i dont think celestial dragons has the power to control the cp's i think just some few vice admirals, the admirals, and gorosei can control them.

Also, if Sabo made a name for himself then I would think that Ace or Luffy would have noticed. Revolutionaries come off as covert so its possible that Sabo isn't widely known

Ehh no. I get the gist of what you're trying say. But, this all sounds like assumptions who knows what sabo has been exactly been doing. Its not like the revolutionaries identities were known to the world so easily. Ace would've said something to luffy back in Alabasta.
