[Discussion] Ace and Teach's "Half-Island Sized Attacks"

A common thing I've seen around the Base in the OP fandom is that Ace's and Teach's attacks were both half the size of an island, each. Earlier today, me and Mr. Outside were arguing about this, and he insists Entai is half the size of an island and Teach's attack is too. I think that's a common misconception because, as you can clearly see in the image below, there's a whole lotta shit behind each attack in those red circles. And as the red line I drew shows, the attacks also have a lot of land on either side, their attacks barely take up the middle of the island together.

So which side do you take, Mr. Outside's wrong side that each attack is half the size of an island, or the right side, which is that they aren't?

Those black patches behind them are trees, if Ace's fire got that far back, the trees would have been alit.

Does the power of an attack increases when you're standing on a bigger island, because the attack would still take up half an island XD

When did I say we had to measure things in islands? When did I say this thread was practical? Since when the **** is every single thing on this site, or in this section, need to be some super serious discussion or something practical? Here's a newsflash for you: This is a website. I say this isn't real life because you are way to upset over a thread. I didn't just make this thread because of Mr. Outside, but because I've noticed in the past that people seem to think that Ace's Entei is the size of half of Bannaro island, and this thread is to clear up the misconception. If you already knew this and found no use for this thread, good for you, treat yourself to a cookie, cuz b*tching about the fact that this thread exists isn't gonna remove it or prevent threads like it or worse than it in the future. This thread exists and doesn't affect you in even an insignificant way. Get over it.

Since that's a still shot I can't tell if that's the beginning or the end of the attack. If it's the beginning then yea maybe they could expand to half the island each. Also depends on the size of the island.
