He'd be tried as an adult.

-Multiple accounts of murder(Samurai).
-Multiply accounts of attempted murder(Team 7).
-Terrorism(joining Orochimaru and Akatsuki).
-Helped making a weapon of mass destruction(the Juubi) for the purpose of mass murder.
-Being an associate of mass murder(those who were killed by the Juubi).
-Attempted assassination of world leaders.

Lets get real Gentlemen. Under the current American Justice system and with the right criminal defense attorney he would get off scott free with at most a little tap on the wrist and some court appointed psych counseling.
My god, the last of a clan "murdered" by an older sibling, subjected to intense psychological mind games by same sibling ,"victim" of a sociopathic predator and all at such a tender age...
"Your Honor, my client who is clearly suffering from an almost debilitating case of Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome was unable differentiate right from wrong, good from bad, black from white... an adult, under the same such staggering psychological stressors , would be hard pressed to make both sound and competent decisions. What kind of rational judgment can we then expect from someone who is clearly an impressionable and much manipulated child?"
You guys get the gist? You're trying him under the wrong justice system if you 're using the current American system. All Sasuke would need is the right lawyer and a PR Spin Doctor.

As long as he knows what he did was a crime he'll be punished. Read my post to see the crimes he committed.

Under the American Justice System there are people who fully understand what crimes they have committed and who still get off. All you need is the right lawyer. It happens. It is a reality of the system. The right attorney would make your list of crimes look like childish misdemeanors. Public defenders don't count as the "Right Lawyer". If you have to use one of those just kiss your ass goodbye, because its the last bit of romance its going to get once you enter the American Penal System.

I think 1, and then possibly 1A/B. Sasuke's actions would be considered terrorism, and that is a highly offensive crime, alongside some other crimes.

Despite everything, America's legal system has some flaws, a lot of teens get tried as adults for any crime of attempted murder/murder, or even federal crimes; especially on repeated charges. It was even worse in the 90's when some kid was give federal time (was considered an adult despite being a minor) and the crime was arson (he literally lit a dumpster on fire).

Either way any legal system (I think) shouldn't be applied to anime/fictional realities where killing is allowed or at least excused under circumstances.

Ah, what you have been saying might hold water given enough money (something he doesn't have), but you are forgetting this includes multi national politics. The political pressures of home and demands for restitution from other countries....and given the fact he was technically a soldier and not some beat cop with immunity to executions *cough ferguson*, he would be hung out to dry to save the face of the military and as the country as a whole on the global scale.
