But now we can see minato using Bijju mode without being the jinchuriki of the kyuubi which contradicts the above statements.

I think minato should not have been given Bijju mode because it makes all of naruto's accomplishments with kyuubi a total joke.
Like seriously the guy took special training at that turtle island with help of bee just to get kyuubi chakra and then used talk no jutsu to bring kurama to his side. It took naruto 16 years to obtain BM but now minato comes out and uses the same sh!t in less than 24 hours.

Minato having BM also contradicts the manga.

When the RDS was cancelled orochimaru got his hands directly and it didn't stay in hiruzen's body but kyuubi chakra stayed in minato's body and didn't go to naruto directly ?

It didn't take Naruto 16 years to get KCM. He only started attempting to be friends with Kurama after the show started. So it's been like 3-4 years, not 16.

Kurama is sealed within Naruto using two Shisou Fuin (Four Symbols Seal) and that equates to one Hakke no Fuin Shiki (Eight Trigrams Seal).

The Shiki Fuujin uses a single Four Symbols Seal and because Minato used the SF before dying, he essentially became a Jinchuuriki.

no, they were never "jinchurikis". They simply had the chakra of the tailed beasts transferring through them.

Minato became a jin before he died. So he is able to be one when he is revived.(simplest way to describe it)

Since madara was not a jin when he died, he cannot become one while in edo tensei.

Minato also sealed kuramas YIN CHAKRA, not part of kuramas soul( hiruzen sealed part of oros soul, that denyed him access to his arms, not chakra.)

That chakra was bound to minatos body then to the death god. As such when the hokages were released from the deathgod, that chakra wasnt bound to the deathgod anymore, but is bound to minatos body, until it is released from minatos body, and then it would either
A. Return to yang kurama
or the more likely
B. Would manifest itself in a physicall form, until it is refused back into yang kurama, to make yin yang kurama.


But basically what you can take from this, is how minato is a jin, is not a plot hole, just a unexplained part of the plot.
It seems to be a contradiction, but there is a explanation that can logically explain it.

All i gotta say, is i cant wait for the 4th databook. It should clear up some of this confusion.

A true jinchuriki is someone who seals a tb inside a pocket dimmension inside of them. The gates to this dimmension, are held closed by the seal.

As the edo jins never had a bijuu resealed in them, only bound to them, they were not true jins.
