She didn't get it out of the blue shizune clearly said she pulled chakra into tht one spot for 3 years Sakura already had good chakra control in chunin exams she prob mastered the chakra network and controlling it this prob an enssiental medical
Ninjutsu the fact tht it showed she's been doing this for 3 years I except it sasuke and naruto get their power ups from no where like really at least Sakura trained for hers
