Do you think you care more about Boruto's gen compared to Naruto's gen when it comes to relationships early on? As a whole, class wise I mean.

I like the bonds between borutos gen more. Narutos gen never bonded like this. With all of them together

They're two different type if shows. Boruto's give more character and side character development which I thoroughly enjoyed minus a few parts.

Tho they are quite enjoying to watch, I still care more about Naruto's gen for:

Naru-Shika-Cho, plus Kiba mischiefs
Sasuke's popularity
Sakura and Ino's earlier friendship
Cute Hinata always in the background
Shino latency

This new generation doesn't have much to make you care about them. But I do think that when things start to become harsher for them, this arc will gain more value kinda how you appreciate Part I more during Naruto Shippuden.

As a whole class? Yes I like the bond more in Boruto’s gen. Side characters weren’t left behind and the focus wasn’t entirely on Boruto. Boruto hung out with Metal, Inojin, Shikadai, etc as much as he did with Mitsuki and Sarada so they feel more connected then Naruto’s gen.

All of them together, I prefer boruto gen. Though I hate them individually. Naruto gen rarely ever heard that many interactions with each other , other than naruto and Sakura always wondering about Sasuke , leaving the other mates in trash.

I think that Boruto's gen gelled better as a unit than Naruto's gen, we've just seen more interactions between everyone in Boruto's class, and the focus isn't just on Boruto, Sarada and Mitsuki. This in stark contrast to Naruto's generation where we barely saw any interactions outside of Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura.

Boruto has done a much better job of showing he different relationships of the new gen, naruto didn’t really explore their relationships outside of directly interacting with naruto until they went on their wild fuller tangents

Yes. I like the inclusion of other characters. Also, relationships in Boruto's generation are more genuine and less superficial (ie no rivalries over guys and no fangirling over looks).
