AC4 problem

By brother recently finished a fort, and swapped to my profile while it was saving, and now, for some reason, my save has become an exact duplicate of his, which is annoying because it means i miss out on alot of the story. Is there any way to fix this?

Unfortunately, your going to have to make a new save, You get 3 to make, just use the third space.
